In precision sheet metal processing, it is common for products related to exterior parts, especially those that are visible, to follow the flow of "processing with standard materials" → "painting finish." If a company does not have its own painting factory, the painting process will be outsourced, making it difficult to control lead times. Additionally, there are concerns about increased costs due to outsourcing fees. At our company, we actively utilize "painted steel sheets" coated with PO (polyolefin) materials, which we have introduced in other sections previously.
